How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 2pm ship the same business day. Metro delivery lands in 2–4 business days, regional up to 7. You'll get tracking by SMS as soon as the label is printed.
Do you sell wholesale or bulk?
We supply 5L and 20L drums to trade, hospitality, and facilities clients. Message us on WhatsApp with your monthly volume and we'll send a trade price list.
Is CLEONIX safe around kids and pets?
Every formula is biodegradable, phosphate-free, and safe once dry. Keep bottles out of reach while in use and ventilate the room — the same as any concentrated cleaner.
My order arrived damaged. What now?
Send a photo of the carton and the bottle in the chat. Replacements go out the same day.
